Another Dowsing Session with the Little Girls

I do not present any of our dowsing sessions as proof of anything other than the fact that I own a set of expensive, nicely bent coat hangers.

For those of us that do believe in them, they offer a simple yet effective way to communicate with the other side without the abilities or intervention of a psychic or the risks generally associated with Ouija Boards.

Sometimes we may misunderstand their answers. Sometimes they misunderstand the questions. Sometimes they could well be lying to us. Other times they may just be wrong. Other times maybe we are creating the movement ourselves. But on the whole I feel they are a great way to find answers that may either help us understand what is going on, or at least to steer future investigations in the right direction.

This was our dowsing rod session from the Rohs Opera House on July 24th, 2010. It was the firs time Kristen, a young girl with that night's group (whose mother was present and was using the rods previously if you were concerned), had used the dowsing rods. We believe that she made contact.

Here is a short excerpt from the session.

Once again we learned quite a bit from the session. Some of the answers were confusing and some were downright in conflict with each other. I have added explanations and footnotes where I felt it necessary.

There were less than 5 of them in the building.

No, they are not the same 4 that were with us last visit.

Confusing answer. Actually, I think they were the same 4 as last time, but last time we only spoke to the two little girls. No contact was made or even attempted with anyone else.

Yes, the little girls were with us.
No, the little boy is not with us.
No, the Lady in White is not with us.

This answer became confusing later in the session. I just point it out now, so that I can refer to it later.

See what I mean? Now the entity that we had been referring to as the visitor claims to actually be the Lady in White. I actually think she didn't mean to confuse us, but that we misinterpreted some of her answers. First, I think the notorious Lady in White is in fact a teenager (we could have confused her earlier) and just isn't crazy about the title which makes her sound old. Second, although she is a regular, maybe she does not in fact live there.

Eddie Whitaker either committed suicide or was murdered in 1997 in an office adjacent to the theater.
We discovered during our Franks Box session that she is from Boyd, a community in the north western part of the county.
My theory is that there is a curtain between our world and theirs. I was hoping to find something to validate this. By their perception however, they are always here.
We discovered her name during our Franks Box session.
We received a "no" to that question after the "yes". Possibly that meant not all of the younger entities had been there that long.
This is important only because we are still trying to figure out the voice in our Unknown Woman's Voice clip. It sounds like a southern black woman to me.
Several psychics had claimed the presence of a little boy in the theater. To our knowledge we had not encountered him until this night.
One of our group found a spot on his digital voice recorder where he thought it said "sit still" right when he was handing it to me. It probably was me saying "It's still recording."
Naturally.
One of our group thought he felt a tug on his shirt while investigating the basement. It may have happened, but it wasn't one of the children that did it.
