This is an EVP captured during our June 26, 2010 investigation at the Rohs Opera House in Cynthiana, Kentucky.

Recorded in the upstairs hallway with a stationary Olympus Digital Voice Recorder. We were not in the area at the time.

It sounds to us like "How's that?", we we could be wrong. Since we were not in the area at the time, I guess they weren't speaking to us regardless.
